Health scare

Today I went up to the hospital. This thing on my lip, get a biopsy they reckon.
Lost it a bit.
Anyway, tomorrow have US for the Thyroid.
Then I have to have the lip checked on Monday at 11:00.

It will cost me about 200 for the check ups. 100 for the trip to ballarat and back. But at least it will be done.

83kg  Belly 103cm.

Goal 76kg  80cm by 2017 ( 1kg a month ) 

Played table tennis with Dad up at HILAC. Great to see the Keen-agers all laughing and enjoying themselves. Saw a photo of Eric and felt a little sadness, but then a little gladness.

Watched a TV series on SBS about ageing. They say eating purple things is good for you! so I bought some grapes.
